People who spend most of their time in the kitchens generally gain a lot of weight due to excess fat stored in their body. They do not get the time to workout. But now it is the time for some revolution. Chefs and Homemakers will work in the kitchen as they used to do but the only change that they are going to witness is, instead of gaining weight they are going to loose it.

How is it possible?

Just adjust some of the cabinets and food items in your kitchen to make it possible!

Ok ,Let me explain. First of all, let us find out why do those people most of the time working in the kitchen gain so much of weight:

  • Usually, they do not get much time to for exercise .
  • Generally, no major physical activity is required in kitchen
  • These are some possible reasons for which the chefs gain so much of weight while working in the kitchen. If your imaginations are running wild, then you may be able to think of some other real reasons for the people in the kitchen getting fatter.

So we have the problem but what is the solution to this problem ?

HIGHER CABINET ALLOWS THE COOK SOME PHYSICAL EXCERSISE

Make the kitchen a place for some real workouts. You can shift cabinets higher up the ceiling. While you do so, the cooks will have to move up and down a bit to get things that they need for cooking.

JUNK FOOD NEEDS TO BE KEPT OUT OF SIGHT

Keep the junk foods in such places where people need to reach with much difficulty. This will prevent from eating junk foods, and most importantly when they feel the urge of eating them,they will have to exercise.

DECORATE THE COUNTERTOP WITH FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

The fresh fruits and vegetables are always good for maintaining a healthy diet and when you start taking them at a daily basis your health starts improving. Get the countertops and kitchen cabinets filled with fresh fruits and vegetables.

CHANGE THE EATING HABITS

What do you eat daily? Do you have a particular eating routine? If you have no particular diet chart to follow regularly, you should start following one as soon as possible. The kitchen cabinets just next to your countertop must be filled with bottles of cereals that you need to have in the morning. Having cereals in the morning helps to manage weight.

ARRANGE THE KITCHEN CABINETS LOGICALLY

When you renovate your kitchen cabinets to make it a healthy kitchen, remember to keep the things in such a way so that your body moves up down, side ways and backwards all the time. The things that you need most of the time should be kept at a higher position so that whenever you need them you need to exercise and really move your body.


COLOR EFFECT ON KITCHEN CABINETS

Now this is a bit tricky thing. Do you know that some colors excite you to eat more? Yes, it has been researched and found that the color white provokes people eat more. It would be better if you color your kitchen cabinets with darker shades and keep things arranged.
