Delivery Information

Shipping & Handling:

We ship our cabinets to residential and commercial addresses using nationwide freight carriers. After an order is placed, it will be processed within 24 hours upon order confirmation. Additional service may apply to any changes thereafter. Please allow :

2-4 weeks lead time for UN-Assembled cabinet orders.

5-8 weeks lead time for Assembled cabinet orders.

6-7 weeks lead time for UN-Assembled Z-Series Modern cabinet orders.

7-10 weeks lead time for Assembled Z-Series Modern cabinet orders.

7-10 weeks lead time for Assembled XR Custom Color cabinet orders.

While special orders, custom finished products and/or other conditions may cause a delay at the time of shipping, CabinetDIY will do its best to keep customers informed of the status of their order via phone call or email. Once an order has shipped, CabinetDIY will send a detailed item list of the order via email, including the number of pallets shipped, the weightt of each pallet and the carrier’s tracking number. Shipping information can be obtained online through the carrier’s web page using the tracking number provided, or by calling our Customer Service at 1-888-966-1681. CabinetDIY is always happy to assist you with your order.

All of our Assemble or UN-Assemble cabinets will be placed on a wooden pallet and well wrapped and protected on all corners. To protect your cabinets during shipping, our packaging is designed to discourage stacking of pallets by the carrier. We will set a plastic cone(or stacking indicator) at the top of your package.

The complete inspection of your order is very important upon arrival to prevent any denial by the carrier of damage during shipping. We recommend that every pallet and each piece in your order be inspected with the carrier’s driver present. If you are not able to be present at the arrival of your order, please designate another person who can be present when your order arrives and will take the responsibility to inspect all pallets and each item in your order.

Inspection Instructions

Before you or designee signs off for the order, please make sure to follow these easy inspection steps:

Check the overall appearance of your order, making sure that there are no major visible damage on any corners or the surface wrapping;
Make sure the cone(stacking indicator) on the top of the package is not damaged or smashed. If the cone appears damaged in any way, this may mean that your package has been stacked on top with other packages and may have caused possible damage in your cabinets.
If any damage is discovered, please make detailed description notes on the carrier’s receipt while the carrier’s driver is present. Taking photos of these conditions will be a great help in the event a claim with the shipper is necessary;
Please confirm that the carrier’s receipt (and what has actually been delivered) correctly corresponds to the pallet and item count you were provided by our customer service desk via email;
Please, DO NOT refuse the delivery or any item therein, even if there are signs of damage.

Please make sure all inspections have been followed as recommended. Without your thorough inspection and written detailed documentation of any damage to your order that occurred during shipping, you will have waived any claims against the shipping carrier. Once you have accepted and signed your order receipt in good condition, neither the shipping carrier nor CabinetDIY will accept claims for shipping damage or missing order quantities.
