5-8 weeks lead time for Assembled cabinet orders.
6-7 weeks lead time for UN-Assembled Z-Series Modern cabinet orders.

While special orders, custom finished products and/or other conditions may cause a delay at the time of shipping, CabinetDIY will do its best to keep customers informed of the status of their order via phone call or email. Once an order has shipped, CabinetDIY will send a detailed item list of the order via email, including the number of pallets shipped, the weightt of each pallet and the carrier’s tracking number. All Assembled and Unassembled cabinets are well-wrapped and placed on a wooden pallet with protection on all corners. To protect the cabinets during shipping, our packaging is designed to discourage stacking of pallets by the carrier. A plastic cone (or stacking indicator) will be placed on top of the pallet to prevent any stacking.
A complete inspection of each pallet is very crucial upon arrival to assure that no damages have been made by the carrier during transport. We recommend that every pallet and each piece in the order be inspected with the carrier’s driver present. The authorized person(s) must be present upon the arrival of the order to inspect and verify the number of pallets and each piece delivered are accurate and free from any damages. please designate another person who can be present when your order arrives and will take the responsibility to inspect all pallets and each item in the order.

We have a very experienced team in our shipping and receiving department. In the unusual instance that damage to your order was not caused by our shipping department, it can be considered as a concealed damage claim. The following may be considered as a concealed damage :
To submit a concealed damage claim, we will need to have the following information and documentation:
Please pay close attention to the time period of filing this claim. All concealed damage claims must report within 7 days after receiving your order, this time period will be based on the carrier’s signed trucking receipt. No claims for concealed damage will be accepted after 7 days after the cabinets delivered.
After the damage claim is received and verified by our customer service team,will receive a Damage Claim report via email or fax with a claim number issued by CabinetDIY. To be able to process the claim, CabinetDIY must receive signed and verified damage report reply from you. After approval of the claim, CabinetDIY will ship out the replacement parts along with a return packing material for the damaged part or parts to be shipped back to our office for inspection. The cost of the replacement part or parts will be billed to the customer’s credit card. The replacement parts amount will be returned to your credit card in 48 hours, after CabinetDIY receives the damaged parts from you. The 48 hours will be based on the shipping carrier’s tracking receipt.
